Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) to identify and engage top-tier technical talent (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, IT Specialists).
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer extension.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and market salary benchmarks.
- Participate in daily training sessions to master recruitment methodologies.
Qualifications
