- Develop and execute the 2026+ sustainability strategy aligned with global ESG standards
- Lead R&D initiatives for carbon-neutral products and circular supply chains
- Forge strategic partnerships with green tech startups and regulatory bodies
- Drive corporate sustainability initiatives across 15+ global operations
- Oversee ESG reporting frameworks and stakeholder engagement
- Mentor innovation teams to accelerate sustainable product development
- Secure $5M+ annual funding for sustainability projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in sustainability leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in scaling circular economy initiatives
- Expertise in carbon accounting and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or MBA
- Strong proficiency in ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB)
- Experience securing green bonds and impact investment
- Published thought leadership in sustainability journals
- PHI/LEED certification preferred
