Responsibilities
- Design and optimize multi-source renewable energy systems (solar, wind, geothermal) for urban environments
- Develop AI-driven energy distribution networks with predictive load balancing capabilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement microgrid solutions for commercial districts
- Create sustainability roadmaps aligning with 2026 climate action targets
- Conduct feasibility studies for next-gen energy storage technologies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Renewable Energy Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years designing grid-scale renewable energy infrastructure
- Expertise in energy modeling software (HOMER, PVsyst) and simulation tools
- Strong background in smart grid technologies and demand response systems
- Proven project management of energy projects over $10M
- LEED AP or similar sustainability certification preferred
- Experience with urban planning and zoning regulations
- Published research in sustainable energy systems or related field
