Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 ESG strategy aligning with Paris Agreement goals
- Analyze carbon footprint across global supply chains using AI-powered platforms
- Lead cross-departmental sustainability task forces (Procurement, Operations, R&D)
- Secure $2M+ in green funding through grant writing and investor relations
- Implement blockchain-verified traceability systems for circular supply chains
- Report sustainability metrics to C-suite and board quarterly using real-time dashboards
- Mentor junior sustainability specialists in emerging green technologies
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven success in reducing Scope 1-3 emissions by 30%+
- Expertise in ISO 14001, GRI, and TCFD frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in sustainability software (SAP Sustainability Cloud, Watershed)
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or ESG designation required
- Experience scaling ESG initiatives in tech/manufacturing sectors
- Demonstrated ability to secure green financing and partnerships
