Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026 sustainability roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops on climate adaptation and resource scarcity
- Develop ESG frameworks aligned with future regulatory landscapes
- Conduct market analysis for emerging green technologies and circular business models
- Present findings to C-suite executives and global sustainability boards
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams on sustainable material innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field
- 5+ years in corporate sustainability or ESG consulting
- Proven experience developing long-term environmental strategy (2020-2025+)
- Strong data modeling skills with sustainability metrics (carbon, water, waste)
- Certified B Corp or similar sustainability credential preferred
- Deep knowledge of UN SDGs and Paris Agreement compliance pathways
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ sustainability transformation projects
