Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the comprehensive 2026 Technology and Business Roadmap, aligning IT strategy with corporate objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis and competitive research to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define strategic initiatives, ensuring resource allocation supports long-term goals.
- Lead pilot programs and proof-of-concepts for disruptive technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) relevant to the 2026 horizon.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and adjust plans as needed.
- Communicate complex strategic visions to stakeholders at all levels, from executive boards to technical teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Proven track record of creating and executing long-term roadmaps.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear strategic narratives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
