Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients via phone and email to introduce our products and services.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Analyze local market trends in Nashville to identify new business opportunities.
- Consultative Sales: Utilize our training to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize sales strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior sales or customer service experience required; we provide full training.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and basic computer literacy (MS Office Suite).

- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
