Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Technical Recruiting, preferably in the Silicon Valley area.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill roles.
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Strong network within the engineering and data science communities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
