Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 SEO Roadmap: Develop and execute a long-term technical SEO strategy aligned with upcoming search engine algorithm updates, focusing on semantic search and AI integration.
- Technical SEO Leadership: Lead complex site architecture audits, implement schema markup, and ensure optimal Core Web Vitals performance across all digital properties.
- AI & Voice Search Optimization: Pioneering strategies to optimize for voice search queries and AI-generated content discovery, ensuring our brand voice remains dominant in conversational search.
- Content Strategy & Authority Building: Collaborate with content teams to build topical authority clusters that Google's evolving algorithms will recognize as definitive resources.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics (GA4, BigQuery, SEMrush) to track ROI, identify growth opportunities, and present data-backed insights to C-level stakeholders.
- Competitive Intelligence: Continuously monitor competitor movements and emerging industry trends to keep our strategies one step ahead.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, English, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in Senior SEO roles, with a strong portfolio demonstrating significant traffic and revenue growth.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR/SSG) concepts.
- Tool Mastery: Expert-level proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude).
