Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, including site speed, crawlability, and indexation issues.
- Develop and execute comprehensive keyword strategies that align with client business goals and target high-intent search queries.
- Manage on-page optimization efforts, including meta tags, header structures, and content strategy to improve relevance and user engagement.
- Monitor and analyze search engine algorithm updates to adapt strategies proactively and maintain compliance with best practices.
- Lead link-building campaigns and outreach efforts to acquire high-authority backlinks that boost domain authority and organic traffic.
- Generate monthly performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and growth metrics.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven experience in Search Engine Optimization, preferably within an agency or high-growth startup environment.
- Deep technical understanding of SEO, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR).
- Expert proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics 4.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and present findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including content creators and developers.
