What You'll Do:
As our Senior SEO Specialist, you will be the architect of our organic presence, ensuring our brand dominates search results. Your day-to-day will involve deep-dive analytics, strategic planning, and hands-on technical execution.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical and on-page SEO audits to identify optimization opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute data-driven link-building strategies to increase domain authority and referral traffic.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement schema markup, improve site speed, and enhance mobile usability.
- Monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic trends using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to report on performance.
- Optimize conversion paths for organic traffic to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure our strategies remain competitive and compliant.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic search rankings for high-traffic websites.
- Strong understanding of Google's core algorithms and search engine guidelines (E-E-A-T).
- Proficiency in technical SEO concepts including site architecture, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonicalization.
- Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics) and SEO tools (Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
