Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals to improve organic visibility and traffic.
- Technical SEO: Conduct rigorous site audits to identify and fix crawl errors, optimize site speed, and ensure mobile-friendliness.
- Keyword Research: Perform in-depth competitor and keyword research to uncover high-value opportunities and content gaps.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headers, URLs) for maximum search engine performance.
- Link Building: Lead outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing detailed monthly reports on ROI and KPIs.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior SEO analysts and stay updated on the latest algorithm updates and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving search rankings and organic traffic.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Analytics: Expert level proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and other web analytics platforms.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot SEO issues.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
