- Content Leadership: Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized assets that engage users and establish domain authority.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights and quarterly performance reports to stakeholders.
- Backlink Strategy: Oversee off-page SEO efforts, managing outreach campaigns to secure high-quality, relevant backlinks.
- Algorithm Adaptation: Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and industry trends, ensuring our strategies remain compliant and effective.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and rankings.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO; proficiency with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical teams.
- Tools: Proficient in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for technical implementation.
