Your Impact
You will own the SEO strategy for key accounts, conducting technical audits and crafting content roadmaps that outperform the competition. You will bridge the gap between technical engineering and creative marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement actionable improvements to site architecture and speed.
- Develop and execute data-driven keyword strategies to increase organic visibility and drive qualified leads.
- Lead link-building campaigns and manage outreach to secure high-authority backlinks.
- Analyze web analytics (Google Analytics 4, Search Console) to report on performance and iterate on strategies.
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize landing pages for maximum conversion rates.
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure long-term compliance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, preferably within a B2B agency or high-growth tech environment.
- Deep technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR).
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency setting.
