Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive site audits to identify and rectify technical issues, ensuring optimal crawlability, indexability, and site speed.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute enterprise-level SEO strategies that align with business objectives and target high-intent keywords.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to ensure on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headers) are optimized for both users and search engines.
- Link Building: Build high-quality, relevant backlinks through white-hat outreach and relationship building with industry leaders.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console; provide monthly reports on traffic, rankings, and ROI.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor strategies and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of improving organic search visibility for major websites.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering; familiarity with schema markup and structured data.
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Leadership: Experience managing a team or leading SEO projects is a plus.
