Responsibilities
- Technical Mastery: Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and structured data opportunities.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute high-level SEO strategies that align with business goals, focusing on both on-page and off-page optimization.
- Content Leadership: Partner with content teams to develop keyword-rich, high-authority content calendars that engage audiences and improve search rankings.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing actionable insights and weekly performance reports.
- Link Building: Spearhead outreach campaigns to secure high-quality backlinks from authoritative domains in our industry.
- Competitive Analysis: Perform in-depth competitor research to uncover market gaps and capitalize on emerging trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a management or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR) concepts.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
- Data Fluency: Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
