Responsibilities

- Develop quantitative scenario models and strategic frameworks for complex futures
- Design executive-level foresight workshops and stakeholder engagement programs
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefings for C-suite decision-makers
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-proofing initiatives
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight impact on organizational outcomes
- Maintain proprietary foresight database and competitive intelligence systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS, APF)
