Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise decision-making
- Present trend analyses and innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Coordinate cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track industry disruption indicators
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global futurist forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy (portfolio of case studies required)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, neurotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred) or equivalent rigorous methodology training
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term adaptation to technological disruption
