Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal shifts, and economic indicators to forecast 2026+ industry disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for AI governance, quantum computing adoption, and climate resilience
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings on strategic implications of exponential technologies
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, scientists, and thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping initiatives (published research, patents, or deployed innovations)
