Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 7+ years experience
- Proven expertise in quantum computing frameworks and AI/ML optimization
- Portfolio of deployed systems in smart infrastructure or sustainable tech
- Strong track record of securing government/industry grants
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
