Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and manage large volumes of financial and client data
- Perform daily reconciliation of transaction records against source documents
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols for sensitive information
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly data quality reports
- Collaborate with finance teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Implement data validation protocols to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Train junior staff on data entry standards and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with financial databases or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Exceptional attention to detail with error rates below 0.1%
- Ability to process 8,000+ keystrokes per hour with 98% accuracy
- Strong analytical skills for data reconciliation and validation
- Relevant certification (e.g., CDA, AHDI) preferred
