Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for large-scale data processing.
- Optimize model inference latency to support real-time decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into market-ready features.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and statistical analysis to validate new algorithms.
- Mentor junior researchers and establish coding standards for the AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning research or applied AI engineering.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Experience with distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
