Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D animations, motion graphics, and micro-interactions for web and mobile platforms.
- Develop compelling storyboards and visual concepts that align with marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Optimize video and animation assets for various screen sizes and loading speeds without sacrificing visual fidelity.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to implement animations using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript libraries.
- Stay abreast of emerging 2D design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback during the creative review process.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design and motion graphics.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Cinema 4D.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating a mastery of timing, spacing, and character animation.
- Experience with frontend animation frameworks (GSAP, Lottie) is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
