Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 2D animations for web, mobile, and video content using industry-standard software.
- Develop character rigs, keyframes, and in-betweening to ensure fluid and realistic motion.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, storyboard artists, and sound designers to align visual storytelling with narrative goals.
- Adhere to strict project timelines and deliverables while maintaining the highest creative standards.
- Optimize animation files for various devices and platforms to ensure seamless performance.
- Mentor junior animators and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a 2D Animator with a strong portfolio showcasing character animation and motion graphics.
- Mastery of industry-standard software including Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Deep understanding of 12 principles of animation and timing and spacing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
