Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential clients through various channels to generate new leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain the value proposition to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and sales data in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Email, CRM tools).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for field visits.
