Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to generate new business leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service and product demonstrations to new and existing customers.
- Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and industry standards.
- Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with clients.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm strategies and improve service quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Reliable internet connection and a working computer (Hybrid/Remote friendly).
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
