Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Interact with clients via phone and email to resolve inquiries and build lasting relationships.
- Product Training: Complete our structured training program to master our product suite and sales methodologies.
- Drive Sales Performance: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with team leads to refine strategies and share best practices.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and reliable high-speed internet access.

- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including some weekends if required.
