- Collaborate with the training team to refine sales techniques and strategies.
- Participate in daily team meetings and coaching sessions.
Qualifications
- No previous sales experience is required; we train you from scratch.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of motivation and a hunger to succeed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite).
- A full, valid UK driver's license is a plus but not essential.
