Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls and emails to generate qualified leads
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track prospect interactions and pipeline
- Attend daily training sessions on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities
- Meet/exceed monthly lead generation and activity targets
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions with sales leadership
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong desire to learn and grow in sales/tech industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, training-intensive environment
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software
