Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Interact with clients via phone and email to resolve inquiries, answer questions, and ensure 100% client satisfaction.
- Master Our Industry: Complete our rigorous on-site training curriculum to become an expert on our products and services.
- Drive Sales Growth: Utilize your communication skills to identify client needs and present solutions that drive revenue.
- Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with team leads and mentorship programs to continuously improve your performance metrics.
- Problem Solving: Handle complex customer scenarios with empathy, patience, and effective conflict resolution strategies.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly sales and activity targets set by management.
Qualifications
- Energetic Personality: A self-starter who is eager to learn new skills and take on challenges.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities; comfort speaking on the phone is essential.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliability: Punctual, professional, and able to commit to a full-time schedule (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple software applications quickly.
- No Experience Needed: Previous sales or customer service experience is a bonus, but not required as we provide full training.
