Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and consultative selling
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through personalized client engagement
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash security
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to maintain premium store presentation
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on new launches
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up communication
- Contribute to inventory management and stock rotation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
