Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers immediately upon entering the store to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Recommend products and services to meet the specific needs of each customer.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked according to visual merchandising standards.
- Uphold company policies regarding loss prevention and safety.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
