Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm, professional welcome and provide superior service.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Assist customers in locating products and making informed purchase decisions.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked according to visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
