Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and sales consultations
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory through stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up communication and loyalty program engagement
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a visually appealing and organized sales floor
- Participate in product knowledge training to become a brand ambassador
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
