Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain store visual standards including merchandising, displays, and cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Previous retail or customer service experience a plus
