Responsibilities
- Drive sales through personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Exceed daily/weekly sales targets using proven upselling techniques
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
- Build lasting customer relationships through post-purchase follow-up
- Collaborate with team to maintain organized, visually appealing sales floor
- Participate in weekly inventory audits and stock replenishment
- Actively identify and resolve customer service issues with empathy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency and POS system experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid CA driver's license (for store errands)
