Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system.
- Provide expert product knowledge to customers and demonstrate how to utilize our products effectively.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize store revenue.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
