Responsibilities
- Actively engage customers to determine needs and recommend products/services that meet their requirements.
- Drive sales targets and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through follow-up communication and relationship management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to effectively answer customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for high achievers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems.
- A positive attitude, high energy, and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
