Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and promotions to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
- Assist in maintaining store appearance, organization, and inventory standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a strong plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
