Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Meet/exceed daily sales targets and conversion goals
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Actively identify and report sales opportunities to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Proficiency with POS systems (training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid CA driver's license (if driving to off-site locations)
