Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and achieving daily/weekly targets
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accurate transaction records
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation excellence
- Process returns/exchanges and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store operations and inventory management
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain comprehensive brand knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail/sales experience preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales performance metrics
