Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and sales consultations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Drive sales through upselling techniques and promotional campaign execution
- Manage inventory control including stock replenishment, markdowns, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain expertise on inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and technology
