Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and problem resolution
- Drive sales achievement by meeting/exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling procedures
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling product displays
- Participate in inventory management including stock replenishment and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic technology
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid NJ driver's license (for potential store transfers)
