Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in finding products and provide expert product knowledge.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain the sales floor, ensuring merchandise is organized and displays are appealing.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
- Keep the stockroom organized and inventory levels monitored.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
