Responsibilities
- Drive sales through personalized customer consultations and product recommendations
- Build lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Execute visual merchandising standards and store presentations
- Process transactions and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide goals
- Participate in product knowledge training sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities in customer-facing situations
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
