Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through proactive customer engagement and relationship building.
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and recommend the best products or services to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, process payments efficiently, and handle returns/exchanges with professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with company standards and brand guidelines.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for increasing market share in the Albuquerque area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate degree or bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for high-performers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse customer demographics.
- Basic math skills for transaction accuracy and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise (up to 25 lbs) when necessary.
