Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations to match products with client needs
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium store presentation
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Contribute to inventory management through stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Actively participate in product knowledge training and team selling initiatives
- Build and maintain a personal client book for repeat business referrals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years premium retail or luxury goods sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas (KPI-driven background)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge in fashion, beauty, or home categories
- Proficiency in POS systems and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license required for occasional off-site client appointments
- College degree preferred or equivalent industry certifications
