Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional events to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly mandatory for the right candidate.
