Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and determine their needs.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide expert recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Build and maintain relationships with regular customers to drive repeat business.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
