Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Stay informed about product features, prices, and promotions to answer customer inquiries.
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising standards.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- No prior sales experience necessary; we train all candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
